Owner Digest Agent
Updated June 12, 2026
Owner Digest replaces dashboard-checking with one consolidated brief: your whole agency in a single daily read, sent only when something actually needs you. It’s built for the owner who would otherwise open ten dashboards every morning to answer one question: “is anything on fire?”
What it does
Instead of you checking dashboards, the agency owner gets one brief covering:
- Approvals needing attention: what’s stalled or waiting on a decision.
- At-risk clients: the clients flagged by the Reporting & Retention agent.
- AI spend vs budget: where credit usage stands against the monthly cap you set in AI Credits and Budget Guardrails.
- What the agents did in the last day.
Quiet by default
The digest only sends when there’s something to act on. No daily noise, no “all clear” emails for the sake of cadence. If nothing needs you, you don’t hear from it. That makes the briefs you do get worth opening.
Settings: steer it in plain language
You tune the digest by telling it what you care about, in plain English. Examples straight from how it’s used:
- “Only escalations.”
- “Skip AI spend.”
- “Only clients at risk 80+.”
There’s no rule-builder to learn: describe the brief you want and the digest adjusts what it includes. If your priorities change (a heavy renewal quarter, a new focus on AI cost), change the instruction and the next brief reflects it.
How it fits the propose-and-confirm model
The digest is a read, not a write: it summarizes, it doesn’t act. When it surfaces an approval that needs attention or a client at risk, acting on that item (approving, reassigning, picking up the phone) happens through the normal flows, with you in control. If you want to act directly from what you read, the AI Copilot can take it from there, proposing the change and running it after you confirm.
What it won’t do
- It won’t act on items. It reports approvals, risks, spend, and agent activity; decisions and actions stay with you.
- It won’t send for the sake of sending. If nothing needs you, there’s no digest that day.
- It won’t ignore your steering. Tell it “only escalations” and that’s what you get.
