Content Suggestion & Monthly Planner
Updated June 12, 2026
Content Suggestion is the agent that makes sure you never start from a blank calendar. It generates content ideas that are grounded in each client, not generic filler, and its Monthly Planner mode drafts an entire month at once.
What it does
The agent produces on-brand content ideas grounded in three client-specific inputs:
- the client’s brand voice,
- the client’s best-performing posts, and
- the agreed goals for the engagement (the KPI contract you approved with the Onboarding agent).
Each idea arrives ready to evaluate: ready-to-use copy, a suggested platform and date, and a one-line reason it was chosen. You can generate ideas on demand whenever you need them, or let the agent run weekly.
The Monthly Planner
The Monthly Planner batch-creates a whole month of content in one pass. You get the month as a grid to review: tweak dates, change platforms, drop ideas that don’t fit, then commit the plan to the calendar in a single click.
A month of content goes from blank to planned in minutes, but the commit is always yours.
How it proposes
Everything this agent produces is a proposal. Ideas and monthly plans sit in review until you act on them. Nothing lands on the calendar, and nothing is scheduled or published, until you commit it. That’s the same propose-and-confirm rule that governs the AI Copilot and every other agent.
Guardrails
- Every idea explains itself. The one-line rationale attached to each suggestion means you can stand behind the idea in front of a client, and quickly spot the ones that miss.
- Grounded, not generic. Ideas come from the client’s actual voice, results, and KPIs, which is why agreeing goals during onboarding pays off here.
- Usage is metered and visible. Like all agents, its activity and cost show up in the per-agent and per-client breakdowns described in AI Credits and Budget Guardrails.
What it won’t do
- It won’t schedule or publish anything itself. Committing ideas or a monthly plan to the calendar is always your action.
- It won’t suggest blind. Ideas without grounding in the client’s voice, performance, and goals aren’t what this agent produces. Every suggestion carries its reason.
